Balady City Simulation

A city-building simulation game inspired by SimCity, developed specifically for the Saudi market in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The game was fully integrated into Balady Flutter mobile application for both Android and iOS. Players build and manage a virtual city by placing buildings, constructing road networks, simulating car traffic, and optimizing urban layouts. A key component of the experience focuses on street violations awareness, where users identify and resolve municipal violations within their city in alignment with real-world regulations. The game includes a dynamic in-game economy (coins and rewards), progression mechanics, and daily quizzes to reinforce learning and increase engagement. It was fully integrated with backend APIs for authentication, user data synchronization, violation tracking, rewards, and real-time progression, ensuring seamless communication between Unity and the Flutter host application.
